Women or a Man, Hairs are playing very important role in our life for both of us because your hair shows your personality and your looks. Everyone wants an attractive hair style always, for this everyone uses a numbers of products available in the market and most of them having included numbers of harmful chemicals which causes hair loss. In current scenario everyone facing hair problems, aged between 20 to 30 years people's also having big problems of hair loss. To stop hair loss some peoples are using different types of shampoo, oils, conditioner, hair mask, parlor treatment etc, but nothing can help permanently. A large numbers of products are available in the market which are chemically proven but you should know that chemicals are very harmful for our hair as well as body also. In starting you feel that hair fall get stopped, but after continuously using you see your hairs becoming less in volume. I personally advice that please don't go through that products which are having chemicals in it's ingredients. What are bad ingredients in hair products?

Many chemicals are used as ingredients but we will discuss 10 harmful chemicals used in our hair care products- 

1. Sulfates- Sulfates are the most common chemicals used in hair product to causes hair loss, sulfates are used to clean the dirt and excess sebum on your scalp. These sulfates like SLS(Sodium Lauryl Sulfates), SLES(Sodium Laureth Sulfates) and Ammonium Lauryl Sulfates can cause allergic reaction on your or may cause fizzy and dry hair, They can be Harmons disruptors.

2. Parabens- Parabens are used to increase the shelf life of hair products by manufacturers, they prevent growing of bacteria in your products. In parabens Butyl, Propyl and Ethyl parabens  are used and they can disbalance the function of hormone estrogen(These are female hormone responsible for reproductive system) and can increase of Breast Cancer.

3. Poly-ethene Glycols- Poly-ethene Glycol are used as thickening agent in your hair products, and it's a derivative of Petroleum. The hair care products including PEG can have a damaging effect on your scalp.

4. Phthalates- Phthalates are highly dangerous for the environment, so how can we use this in our hair products? These are used to increase spreadability of your hair products, they are using for perfume stick on your hair and your scalp.

5. Formaldehyde- Hair treatment may contain an ingredients named Formaldehyde or Formaldehyde releasers are carcinogenic. Diazolidinyl urea bronopol, imidazolidinyl urea, DMDM hydantoin and quaternium-15 are all formaldehyde releasers. These are used as a preservative and known to be absorb by your skin.

6. Alcohol- Everyone are well known by alcohol, alcohols are used in your hair products to make your hair dry. Alcohol are used as thickening agents in hair products, and may be these are propanol and  isopropyl alcohol. Derived from palm oil and coconut oil they are used as emollients sometimes and can cause brittleness of hair.

7. Fragrances- All hair care brands are uses chemical ingredients and they do not reveal the exact ingredients and put them all in one category fragrances or perfume. They made these fragrances synthetically by  verity of toxic chemicals. If we know the truth, they do not use natural flowers and fruits in your products like shampoo and conditioners. These causes cancer, reproductive issue and asthma attack also and can affect the scalp to lead hair loss.

8. Colors- Everyone get excited to see pretty looking colors in our hair products, but no one wants to see the truth behind this. These ingredients that go into making synthetic colors will leave us shocked, these are derived from petroleum and you can also identify o the labels by the term FD&C or D&C.

9. Toluene- Toluene's are used in most of hair dyes, are petrochemical solvent  and can cause hamper our immune system and also causes birth defects. I advise you that please stay away from hair dyes and these types of products. Toluene is labeled as benzene, methyl benzene, phenyl methane and toluol can cause detrimental effects on our central nervous system.

10. Dimethicon- This is a types of silicon used in hair care products, it works like a protective layer to your hair shafts. It can cause scalp irritation by clogging the pores by prevents moisture from entering the hair.

Many peoples using different techniques and treatment for hair loss like therapy, parlor treatment, hair transplant and wig options. Wig option is a part time solution, heating your hair may causes weakness. Some of the peoples are going through the hair transplant option but so costly, not for everyone. sometimes it has very bad results. These details is so important to everyone, you should know these all before using any hair care products, so let's go for the solutions-

A large numbers of harmful chemicals are using now a days so what types of ingredients our hair  products should contain ?

Be safe that many brands shows that their products are fully organic but always check the ingredients shown on their products, they do not reveal about chemical ingredients. Always choose a sulfate free formula and look for humectants like coconut oil to counter the hair roughness. Always check the ingredients on your products before purchasing, choose that which is chemical free. Many products are available in market which are having organic products with chemical free ingredients. So what should we do?

These are some information you should know, now I will share my experience to stop hair loss-

For this you need some items, these items are easily available on stores at very cheaper rate.

1. An iron vessel like cup or bowl,

2. Amla Powder,

3. Shikaki Powder,

4. Reetha Powder,

5. Bhringraj Powder,

7. Hibiscus Powder(Optional) 

6. Naturally compressed oil like virgin coconut oil, pure mustered oil, Olive oil, pure almond oil etc.

Process- The process is very simple, just take each powder in equal quantities(2 table spoon of each powder or according to your hair length) in your iron vessel, add required amount of water (1 cup) into it, mix well and leave it overnight. Do your hair massage gently using your hair oil with finger tip, be sure that oil reaches in roots and leaves it overnight. Oil massage helps you to relax and better sleep, it will also helps to nourish your hair and roots. In the morning drink water in copper vessel with empty stomach, after refreshing and before 15-20 minutes of bath use the water of the mixture or all powder as hair mask and massage gently so that it can reaches to every hair roots and scalp and leave for at least 1-2 hours then wash it with water. Be sure that it will not release more foam like other shampoo does, so don't rub hardly just massage gently so that it can clean your hair and your scalp from oil, dirt and dandruff. After wash don't rub hardly to dry, use dry towel to wipe extra water and let them dry naturally and use a little bit of oil on your hair after dry. Use this remedy 2-3 times in a week and let's see the magic your hairs get strong, black, shining and healthy.

Suggestions- Everyone has different types of skin and hair so it is possible that every remedies does not work better on anybody. This remedy is a purely natural remedy and may be it will not work as quick as you want, sometimes it will take 2-3 weeks to show the best results. Some natural products are not suitable to everyone so before going to apply completely please  make sure. Amla, Reetha, Shikakai, Bhringraj and hibiscus, you all know that how much beneficial these are for our hair with no side effects. Please be aware that it will not release more foam, if you want just add a little bit of natural shampoo, but I will suggest that it is enough to clean your hair and scalp completely. Sometimes it can take 2-3 week to show better result so don't be panic just wait for the results. At the time of wash it is possible that some hair fall occurs but don't worry because it is possible that at the time of washing your hair and using oil, some hairs may be seen in your hand. After washing may be your hairs get dry sometimes so don't be panic just use your natural conditioner or little bit of natural oil. The most important thing is that it will clean your hairs completely as well as if you have some white hairs they get black after regularly using this remedy after sometimes. 

Please follow these tips also for better results-

1. Use chemical free products, do not use fragrance oil and shampoo

2. Always use natural oils on your hair
